If you buy as a consumer, you normally have 14 days from purchase to cancel without giving a reason.
Starting work early
We only start during the cancellation period if you make a separate, express request. If you then cancel, we may deduct a proportionate amount for work already done and any non-refundable third-party fees paid on your behalf.

Refunds
Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of confirming cancellation.
Faults
Faults within the delivered scope are fixed during the 14-day aftercare period. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights.
